Dedicated runners/athletes go running on a regular basis. These shoes which will help keep track and show data of the run while the user is using them. The user doesn't need to keep checking a smart watch or a smartphone in this case, just a glace at their shoes is enough.

Frosted silicon band
'Embers' are the last glowing bit of coal after its burnt. Here the shoes will have a glowing band when one's run is complete, showing that the daily goal of running is done.
User can set a goal of his/her choice and routine using the Nike's fitness mobile app 'NCR (Nike Run CLub)'. Once that is done, the user can start his/her run and see the live data presented on the shoes via lights. The bar will get filled with lights slowly in ratio to the percentage of goal that is done. Once the whole bar of the shoes fully lights up the goal is fully completed!

'Nike Run Club' is an official Nike mobile fitness app. I have made some necessary changes and updated the app to link 'Embers 01' running shoes. One of the things that is being promoted in the new updated app is setting up daily goals and completing them.
After the user links their 'Nike Embers 01' to the app they can choose the colour of their choice to be lit up on the RGB band, giving the user ability to personalize their shoes.

Completion of the set goals has a reward too. After every certain number of goals are being completed the user will unlock special colours from Nike's classic sneakers [for eg.- Classic Nike orange, Jordan Off-white (blue), The chicago (red) from jordan 1 etc.]
